    How long will it take to get my carport delivered after I place my order?

    Lead Times Vary by Zip Code, call in for an estimate. Can be as soon as 4-6 weeks after the order is placed.

    What size do I need to pour my concrete slab?

    Concrete slabs are 1 foot wider and longer than the footprint. For example, 12’X20′ needs a 13’X21′ slab

    Do I need a permit?

    You will need to check with your local building department to see if you’re required to obtain a permit for the size of structure you’re intending on putting up.

    What is the maximum leg height I can get?

    Maximum leg height is 16′

    How much adjustment do I have to level my carport if my lot is not completely level?

    You have approximately 3″ to adjust before cut fee may be applied.

    Can I add to my structure once its been installed?

    Add-Ons must be a JM Carport ordered building to match color and panel fit. The service fee and delivery varies by Zip code on the original order.

    What are my payment methods?

    You can pay with Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

    What is the difference between certified and non-certified?

    Certified buildings are constructed to follow a certified engineers plans that will meet all local building code for your specific building. It also means you are pulling a permit and will be installing the proper footings that the engineer calls out for.

    What specifications do I need to know to price my carport?

    Spec prices based on open carport (top and frame), or partially, or fully enclosed building with doors and windows.
